Scheduling

Please contact us via our contact form, by phone at (727) 776-0564, or by email at bellrealestatephoto@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your preferred shoot time. The shoot will typically take 1.5 to 2 hours, but some properties may require more time.

The Shoot

The homeowner or an authorized representative (e.g., listing agent) must be present to provide access to the property and discuss any special instructions unless a key is provided. We aim to photograph:

  • Front and back exteriors

  • Major interior spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath, and all bedrooms)

Note: Powder rooms, utility rooms, garages, and small bathrooms are not a priority unless requested.

Pets

Please ensure that pets are safely contained and out of sight during the shoot. Pets are never included in photos.

Cancellation & No-Shows

  • Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Weather: If weather prevents exterior photography, a return visit will be scheduled at the earliest opportunity.

Payment & Photo Delivery

  • Payment: You will receive an invoice via PayPal, which also serves as your receipt.

  • Delivery: Edited images will be delivered via Dropbox within 48 hours after the shoot.

Photo Rights & Usage

  • License: You are granted a license to use the images solely for the sale or rental of the property (e.g., MLS listings, Zillow, Realtor.com, Airbnb, etc.). Images may not be used for promotional materials or business marketing without written consent.

  • Copyright: All images are the property of the Photographer and cannot be copied, altered, or redistributed without written permission. Unauthorized use is a violation of U.S. copyright law.

Subcontracted Services

Certain optional services (e.g., drone photography, video tours) may be subcontracted to third-party providers. The Photographer is not responsible for the performance or legal compliance of subcontractors.
