Frequently Asked Questions
What are Architectural Light-Painted Photos?
Light Painted Photography is mixing artificial light, natural ambient light, and high powered strobe light, these images create a hyper realistic mood that has become a staple in the commercial and advertising world. Unlike traditional techniques such as single long exposures or HDR (high dynamic range) renders, Light Painting allows you to have the most amount of control over every light source seen in the image. Giving your listing the best curb appeal.
What is HDR?
HDR stands for high dynamic range, combining the best parts of the three overexposed, underexposed, and balanced shots to create a dramatic image with beautiful shadowing and highlights.

The shoot will take between 1.5 and 2 hours. Most homes can be shot in 1.5 hours although some shoots may take longer.
Do you retain the copyright to your images or are the rights transferred to me when I buy prints or digital images?
The photographer (Bell Real Estate Photography) retains the copyrights as is standard practice in the photography industry.
Do I need to remove pets and pet items?
Yes, please make sure pets are contained during the shoot. Pets and pet items are never included in photos due to MLS regulations and need to be out of the way during the shoot.
